SVN|Chicago Commercial represented the Chicago Association of Realtors in finding and executing the lease of a new downtown Chicago headquarters at 430 N. Michigan Ave. – The Realtor Building – which is owned by the National Association of Realtors.
CAR has signed a lease for the entire eighth floor of the property, totaling 15,166 square feet, for a new 10-year term. Wayne Caplan, Deena Zimmerman and Scott Maesel of SVN | Chicago Commercial represented CAR in this transaction. Dean Kutrumanes of GNP Realty Partners advised the Landlord, NAR.
CAR is expected to move into its new space in December of 2016.
