Ben Baker has joined Colliers International in Cleveland as a senior vice president and principal. He will co-lead the firm’s multi-family practice in northeastern Ohio, working along with senior vice president Gary Cooper.
Baker joins Colliers from Marcus & Millichap, where he served as the vice president of investments and the director of the company’s national multi-housing group.
Baker consistently has been ranked as one of the top agents in Ohio. Since 2003, Baker and Cooper have closed on more than 25,000 apartment units valued at more than $1 billion.
