SVP joins Detroit office of Friedman Real Estate

Bruce Morrison

Bruce Morrison has joined the Detroit office of Friedman Real Estate as senior vice president of investment sales.

Morrison has been exclusively involved in investment real estate, debt and equity nationwide since 1985. He has sold, financed and asset-managed $3.1 billion of office, industrial, retail, apartment, self-storage, marinas, parking decks, hotels, billboards, manufactured housing and notes in 12 states involving 800 investors and assets as large as $75 million.

Morrison began his real estate career working for CIGNA Investments and Connecticut Mutual Life, covering a national territory. In 1995, he was retained by the City of Rochester Hills, Michigan, as an expert witness in the valuation of Meadowbrook Village Mall. He is recognized as one of the top investment sales professionals in the region for the past 25 years.
