Richard Lincoln, senior vice president of Milwaukee’s The Mandel Group, was elected president of NAIOP Wisconsin for 2013.
Lincoln brings more than 35 years of public and private sector experience to his position. He’s played the lead role in the construction or rehabilitation of more than 2,500 multi-family housing units and more than 1.5 million square feet of office and retail space in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois.
