David Kelpe, a senior vice president and principal with Cassidy Turley, will serve as president of the St. Louis chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors this year.
Kelpe has previously served in a number of roles for the chapter, including secretary, treasurer, vice president and an executive committee member.
