Senior vice president and general manager of Maggie Daley Park with Chicago’s MB Real Estae received the Illinois Security Professionals Association’s award for Security Excellence in Real Estate Management.
Ruffin has been with MB Real Estate for more than 13 years, and currently oversees management and operations at Maggie Daley Park, a 20-acre public park in Chicago’s Loop.
During his time at the park, Ruffin has developed security procedures that address the park’s diverse challenges, challenges that result from the property’s onsite features and open accessibility.
