Ed Fleming, senior vice president with the Omaha office of Colliers International, was named the 2012 Broker of the Year.
Fleming joined Colliers International as an associate in the advisory services group. He was later promoted to senior associate. In 2005, he was named vice president. And in 2008, he became senior vice president.
During his career, Fleming has completed transactions totalling more than $350 million.
