Bill Baumgardner, a senior vice president with the Columbus office of Colliers International, recently won the Real Estate Brokerage Professional of the Year award from NAIOP’s Central Ohio chapter.
“This is the inaugural year for the Real Estate Brokerage Professional of the Year, and it is only fitting that Bill Baumgardner was our first winner,” said DebbieLee Dougherty, executive director of NAIOP Central Ohio Chapter. “He is a consummate professional and well known throughout the central Ohio commercial real estate community.”
Baumgardner is a senior vice president for the industrial group at Colliers, and was a recent winner of the company’s Everest Award. Baumgardner received this award because he was the top Colliers producer in central Ohio.
