Bruce Isaac, senior vice president of Lexington, Kentucky-based NAI Isaac, received a 2023 CoStar Power Broker Award.
The award recognizes commercial real estate professionals who close the highest transaction volume in commercial real estate deals in their markets.
Isaac received his real estate license in 1984 and is a specialist in the leasing and sales of retail, office, investment and industrial properties throughout Kentucky. He has represented Wal-Mart /Sam’s Club in over $110 million in land acquisitions and dispositions.
