Michael Palm Sr., senior vice president of the business brokerage group of Minneapolis’ Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies, was named the top sales professional for 2012 in Coldwell Banker’s North American hospitality market sector.
Some of the bigger sales of 2012 for Palm included the sale of the La Quinta Hotel in Rochester, Minn., and the sale of the CC Club to French Meadow Bakery in Minneapolis.
