John Gartner, brokerage senior vice president and principal of Colliers International in Greater Cincinnati, and Erin Casey, brokerage vice president, won big at the NAIOP annual Night of the Stars awards ceremony.
NAIOP honors the top Greater Cincinnati commercial real estate professionals and developers each year at its annual awards dinner.
Gartner and Casey were awarded for representing Newly Weds Foods Inc. in its purchase of 4455 Olympic Boulevard in Erlanger, Ken.
The 326,000-square-foot property was acquired in early 2013 for $6.9 million. Newly Weds, a Chicago-based maker of batter blends, cracker meal and bread crumbs, plans on investing about $59 million in this project, which will create about 115 jobs in Northern Kentucky. Si Pitstick and Joshua Young of Cushman & Wakefield | Cincinnati Commercial Realtors represented the seller in this transaction.
