The Davis Companies has signed a lease expansion with existing tenant, SWC Technology Partners, for 3,235 additional square feet of office space at 1420 Kensington Road in Oak Brook. SWC, a full-service IT company, occupies 22,036 square feet within The Crossings of Oakbrook, a complex made up of two three-story class A buildings totaling 303,510 square feet. SWC has grown by 8,412 square feet since their first lease at The Crossings.
The Crossings currently has a total of 68,267 square feet of office space available ranging in size from 1,204 to 26,359 square feet. Building amenities include a conference center, fitness center with locker room facilities, full service café, sundry shop, abundant storage facilities and on-site property management.
