Sweetgreen, a salad-focused quick-service restaurant, will soon open in the 3,000-square-foot former Pei Wei space at RPT Realty’s Troy Marketplace at the southwest quadrant of Big Beaver and Rochester Roads in Troy, Michigan.
This will be the chain’s second Michigan location, the first opening in downtown Birmingham. Sweetgreen, started in Washington D.C., now has locations coast-to-coast.
The Gerdom Realty & Investment team of Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom represented RPT Realty in lease negotiations. Adam Goodman and Mid America Group represented the tenant.
