Syndicated Equities has acquired Carhartt’s global design and corporate headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan.
The property, which is located at 5750 Mercury Drive in Dearborn, is a 58,722-square-foot two- story, class-A corporate headquarters situated across the street from Ford’s global headquarters.
The property is utilized as Carhartt’s corporate headquarters and is also its state-of-the-art global design center, where all fabric and design decisions are made for new apparel.
Syndicated acquired the property in a Delaware Statutory Trust ownership structure.
