T. Wall Properties L.L.C. announced the completion of a significant long-term lease renewal in December of last year with TDS Telecommunications Corporation and Telephone & Data Systems, Inc. totaling a combined 320,000 square feet in Madison, Wis.
The leases are in Class-A office buildings located at City Center West and The Wisconsin Trade Center, which provide various on-site and locational amenities.
Randy Guenther, chief executive officer and chief financial officer of T. Wall Properties L.L.C., said in a written statement: “We worked closely with TDS to craft a long-term lease renewal which fits TDS’s current and future business needs and are delighted to continue to provide TDS a superior office space and customer service.”
