Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP recently celebrated the completion and the grand-opening of the Indianapolis Taft Center, a 5,000-square-foot conference and event center the law firm built in the first floor lobby of the Regions Tower.
The Taft Center will be used primarily for client meetings, conferences and firm events. Taft is the largest tenant in the building, with offices on its top five floors plus the new Taft Center.
In addition to Taft’s recently announced firm-wide growth to more than 600 lawyers with its expansion to Minneapolis/St. Paul, Taft has experienced significant growth in Indianapolis since 2018, with a 22 percent increase in the number of local attorneys. The Taft Center provides an innovative space to better serve clients.
The Taft Center features conference space and large room meeting space, along with an outdoor patio area with multiple seating areas, fire pits, video and audio capability and an entertainment area. In addition, adjacent to the Taft Center, Taft built a new café as a building amenity for the use of all tenants in the Regions Tower. The new café was then provided to the Cunningham Restaurant Group, which has opened Café by Croûte selling coffee, pastries and a selection of grab-and-go sandwiches and salads.
CSO Architects and Keystone Construction Group served as Taft’s design and construction management professionals.
