Taft Stettinius & Hollister served as legal counsel to the city of Greenwood, Indiana, in connection with a new office facility in the city. Cummins will invest more than $35 million in this office project.

Cummins plans to build a 100,000-square-foot professional office building off of Interstate-65, south of County Line Road, which will provide office space for 500 professional employees with plans to add a second building in the future. The project will create working space for 1,500 employees once complete.

Taft partners Samuel Hodson and Marci Reddick served as lead counsel for the city of Greenwood. Hodson and Reddick assisted the city in negotiating the deal and completed the diligence and documentation to ensure that it closed.
