One of Chicago’s tallest skyscrapers, NEMA Chicago, is up for sale, according to reports.
Crescent Heights, a Miami-based real estate firm, has hired CBRE to market the 76-story, 800-unit multifamily building at 1210 S. Indiana Ave. near Grant Park, CoStar reported—a sale that could rival the highest prices for any local property sale in recent years.
Delivered in 2019, NEMA Chicago’s premier residences range from 485-square-foot studios that begin at just above $1,800 per month, to larger three-bedroom, three-bathroom units. The building also offers 71,000 square feet of state-of-the-art amenities like touchless elevators, a golf simulator, a sports bar, a private movie theatre, a Kids Club, squash and basketball courts, an indoor pool and a 10,000-square-foot “resort style” outdoor desk and pool.
