The McKinley Memorial City, a 278-unit luxury apartment high-rise from developer MetroNational, recently celebrated its topping out. The 25-story residential tower is the tallest west of Uptown Houston and is slated to be completed in Q4 2021. A ten-foot pine tree was hoisted up, signifying the last beam of construction and a significant milestone for the project.
The 332,231-square-foot high-rise, located at 9757 Katy Freeway, is on the southwest corner of Bunker Hill Road and the Katy Freeway. The McKinley will serve as the anchor of a new four-acre mixed use development in Memorial City. Ziegler Cooper Architects designed the project and Anslow Bryant Construction is the general contractor.
