Darwin Realty & Development Corporation has completed the sale of a 57,554-square-foot food grade, industrial building at 2900 Shermer Road in Northbrook to Tasty Breads International.
Jeff Provenza and Rick Daly, president, of Darwin Realty & Development Corporation represented the purchaser, Tasty Breads International, and CBRE Inc. represented the seller in the transaction.
