Taurus Investment Holdings has acquired a Midwest industrial portfolio consisting of 18 buildings totaling more than 1.55 million square feet across Chicago, Cincinnati and Indianapolis.
The portfolio, which is 94 percent leased to 40 national, regional and local tenants, is made up of high-quality institutionally owned assets across three major distribution hubs in the Midwest. The properties are located within top-performing infill submarkets and less than 1 mile from a major transportation artery on average.
Taurus has acquired and developed more than 27 million square feet of logistics/distribution space in the U.S. market in the past five years. Taurus owns more than 15 million square feet of industrial product that is more than 96 percent leased to more than 700 tenants.
