Demand remains high for The Offices at The Square in the heart of Lexington, Kentucky’s CBD at 401 W. Main St., according to NAI Isaac, which is leasing space at the center.
The most recent additions to the Square are tech companies AppHarvest and Tech29.
“We continue to see an upward trend in the demand for downtown office space at The Square,” said Jamie Adams, assistant vice president with NAI Isaac. “Young progressive companies have seen value in the unique aesthetic and amenity mix.”
