Entre Commercial Realty has completed a lease of 34,229 square feet at 220 Exchange Drive within the Crystal Lake Business Center in Crystal Lake, Illinois. MDG Computer Services Inc. (d/b/a 5GStore.com)—a supplier of Wi-Fi, networking and cellular technology solutions—entered into a long-term lease where it will nearly quadruple in size to accommodate its growing business.
5GStore.com relocated from nearby Cary, Illinois and was attracted to the Crystal Lake Business Center because the property features a high image design, modern office finishes, 24-foot warehouse ceilings and excellent truck loading capabilities. The business park, owned by Colony Industrial, also provides tenants with the opportunity for future growth within the four-building, multi-tenant complex totaling nearly 800,000 square feet.
