Tecta America names new CEO

Tecta America Corp., a national commercial roofing company based in Rosemont, Ill., has hired Mark Santacrose as chief executive officer of Tecta America Corp.

Santacrose had previously been Tecta’s chief executive officer from March of 2000 through December of 2011. He has continued to serve on the company’s board of Ddrectors since that time. In his role, Santacrose will oversee the strategic direction of the company and its member companies.

Beginning in January of 2012, Santacrose was managing director of the Chaifetz Group. Prior to joining Tecta in 2000, he was the chief executive officer and president of Entrade, an e-commerce business incubator that identified and created new e-commerce joint venture businesses from 1998 to 2001. He had previously been president of Bagcraft Packaging in Chicago.
