Construction will start soon on a multi-tenant retail development in Maineville, Ohio, at the intersection of U.S. Highway 22 and State Route 48.
The new construction project is part of Hamilton Township, Ohio’s Hoptown Plan, a 12-point plan for new development and planned public improvements. A mixed-use retail and multifamily development is also planned across the intersection.
Tee 18 Golf, an indoor golf simulation business, will occupy more than 4,000 square feet. There is still 2,324 square feet available for lease in the development.
