CBRE has completed a 31,335-square-foot office expansion at 150 N. Michigan Avenue in Chicago. Impact Networking LLC will now occupy four full floors as one of the building’s largest tenants. 150 N. Michigan Avenue is owned by CBRE Global Investors on behalf of the CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. Value 8 fund.

“We are excited about the growth of and our continued partnership with Impact Networking. The prominent location and vibrant professional community at 150 North Michigan present our tenants with a number of advantages to recruit and retain top talent,” said Seth Tuscher of CBRE.

150 N. Michigan is a 41-story, 661,477-square-foot property that offers expansive views of Lake Michigan and Millennium Park. CBRE Global Investors has completed a dramatic transformation of the lobby and amenities, providing an elevated concierge approach. Tenants at the property have access to CBRE Global Investors’ proprietary “Above & BeyondTM for Business” tenant experience program. The A&B implementation at 150 N. Michigan includes an on-site A&B manager who curates a broad range of services; an A&B Fit state-of-the-art fitness/wellness center with spa-quality changing rooms and showers; A&B training and conference facilities, complete with a wi-fi lounge and private call rooms; and access to the exclusive Host mobile app, which creates an employee-centric workplace experience by connecting users to building and neighborhood amenities and services. The app also enables touchless experiences including opening turnstiles and pre-ordering food and beverages.

Seth Tuscher and Kelsey Scheive of CBRE represented CBRE Global Investors in the transaction. Impact Networking LLC was represented by Ryan Harding of Newmark Knight Frank and Kyle Harding and Andy Strand of JLL.
