CBRE announced that Doug Carignan has joined the company’s advisory and transaction services group in Dallas as an executive vice president, focused on advising office occupiers in their real estate strategies.
Carignan, who has a 21-year career in the Dallas-Fort Worth commercial real estate market, joins CBRE from JLL where he was most recently a managing director in the firm’s Dallas office.
“Doug’s deep market knowledge and experience make him a perfect fit for our occupier team in Dallas—together we represent the biggest and most active occupiers in the region,” said Blair Oden, senior managing director, CBRE. “With the addition of Doug, CBRE is positioned to be even more of a force in advising companies on their real estate strategies, especially in this transformational time when they are rethinking how they use office space coming out of the pandemic.”
Carigan will focus on marketing, strategy implementation, lease negotiation and workplace strategy for corporate clients.
Carignan holds a master of education from Fairfield University, a master of science from the University of Bridgeport and a bachelor of arts from Siena College.
