Franklin, Tennessee-based Chartwell Hospitality on Jan. 1 earned a management contract from Capstone for 11 of its hotels.
The hotels consist of Hilton, Marriott and one Choice property.
Chartwell previously managed eight hotels with Capstone. The company now manages a total of 19 Capstone hotels.
Chartwell Hospitality owns, develops and manages hotels in 12 states. The company manages 37 hotels with four under construction and five more to break ground this year.
