Chattanooga, Tenn.-based McCormick & Company Commercial Real Estate has joined CORFAC International as an affiliated company.
“McCormick & Company is excited and honored to join an organization of companies of the caliber that makes up CORFAC International and we look forward to developing new relationships with CORFAC members that will help us deliver better services to our clients as we grow our company,” said founder and president Gerald McCormick, in a written statement.
McCormick started his company in 2013. The company serves the office, retail, mixed-use and industrial property markets in the region. It also operates a property management unit.
Peter Avisto is vice president of the company, which has seven brokers/agents in its two offices.
