Tetrad Property Group will develop a four-story headquarters building in the Aksarben Village mixed-use development in Omaha. The project, which broke ground last week, is at 1811 Aksarben Drive.
The new office building is about 54,000 square feet and includes garage parking on the first level for tenants.
Construction should last 11 months, with users moving into the new facility next summer. Tenants announced in the new office building include Tetrad Property Group, Tetrad Corporation and the Suzanne & Walter Scott Foundation. The building has an additional 36,000 square feet of office space available for lease.
The building architect is Holland Basham & Associates. Olsson Associates, Neilsen-Baumert Engineering and Morrissey Engineering are providing engineering services for the project. The general contractor is JE Dunn.
Cushman & Wakefield/Lund Company is leasing the building.
