The Apartment Source (“TAS”) announced that Tyson Schutz, owner and managing broker of the company, has been awarded the 2023 Chicago Association of REALTORS Platinum Rental Top Producer award.
This marks the company’s fifth consecutive year winning the award, solidifying it as a leader in the Chicago real estate market.
Each year the Chicago Association of REALTORS selects top rental producers to receive this award, the highest award for this category. This award, based on transaction count data provided by Midwest Real Estate Date (MRED), is given to the top 10% of the top 1% of producing members.
