The Ardent Companies is bringing 105 Broadway, a six-story entertainment and retail property in Nashville’s Lower Broadway district, to market for sale and lease.
Located on Broadway between First Avenue and Second Avenue, the 55,000-square-foot property is a highly visible and well-positioned retail opportunity in one of the nation’s most active entertainment corridors. Ardent acquired 105 Broadway in 2023 and has since completed significant capital improvements to the property while working alongside the prior operating partner. Ardent has assumed 100% ownership and control of the building and has retained Cushman & Wakefield to exclusively market the property for sale and lease.
The assignment will be led by Evan Halkias, Executive Director, alongside the firm’s Nashville Capital Markets and Leasing teams.
