The Barry Company closed the sale of an industrial property in the New Berlin Industrial Park in New Berlin, Wisconsin.
This facility, about 15,536 square feet, boasts high visibility along Cleveland Avenue.
The transaction was an owner/user sale, with Mike Eaton of New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning acquiring the property. Eaton made the decision to relocate the company to a larger space within the industrial park.
The sellers, long-time owners of Kitchen Kraft Builders, had operated their custom cabinetry shop out of the location since 1998. With plans for retirement, they transferred ownership to another business.
