The Barry Company closed the sale of a historic 129-year-old industrial building at 324 N. 15th St. and 1257-1439 W. Saint Paul Ave. in Milwaukee’s Menomonee Valley.
This 56,000-square-foot property on 2.1 acres will be transformed into a residential apartment development.
This transaction involved the seller, an affiliate of the Read family, and the buyer, Kendall Breunig of Franklin-based Sunset Investors.
The four-story building was listed on the market for more than 20 years, ranking as one of The Barry Company’s longest-listed properties.
