The Barry Company sold one of the last significantly large parcels of prime development land within the metropolitan Milwaukee market.
The land, about 34 acres, is located at the southeast intersection of Moorland Road and Greenfield Ave., just south of Interstate-94 at the entrance to the city of New Berlin, Wisconsin.
The land sold for $11 million. The property is slated for a new development known as the Conservancy. Wimmer Communities will develop this new community.
