The Barry Company recently sold a 5.64-acre parcel of land on Rolling Meadow Drive, south of Pioneer, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
All In Storage purchased the land from Steenberg Investments. The company plans to develop self-storage units on the site.
The land has frontage on southbound Interstate-41 just south of Highway OO.
David Barry of the Barry Company was the exclusive broker on the transaction.
