Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton will be moving into a new home in 2017. And when one of these two campaigners does move into the White House, what will they most enjoy about their new home and what might make them uneasy?

It’s a question all new homeowners face: What are the pros and cons that come with their new residence?

The White House, of course, is a home unlike any other. But that doesn’t mean that you can’t analyze the benefits and drawbacks of the residence and its surrounding neighborhood. That’s what the RealtyTrac Web site homedisclosure.com did.
