The big news from Louisville Commercial Real Estate Summit? CRE market here not nearly ready for a slowdown

Louisville remains one of the hottest commercial real estate markets in the Midwest. That explains the big crowd that gathered at The Seelbach Hilton Louisville for Midwest Real Estate News’ Louisville Commercial Real Estate Summit.

A crowd filled with the top names in the region’s CRE industry, attended to hear the good news about Louisville’s apartment, retail, office and industrial markets. The takeaway from the conference? The Louisville region has plenty of deals, sales and new development in the pipeline.

The Louisville apartment market remains hot. And the members of the Hot Apartment Market panel had plenty of good news to share with attendees.
