The Boerke Company and Bormier Properties of Fond du Lac are now marketing a 60,000-square-foot industrial bulding in Fond du Lac, Wis.
The property, built recently by Keller Construction, can be expanded up to 180,000 square feet.
The building sits in the same Fox Ridge Business Park in which Chicago Tube and Iron built a 117,000-square-foot distribution center in 2008.
The Boerke Company currently lists the building on its Web site at an asking price of $1.9 million. Lease rates range from $3 to $4 a square foot.
