The Boulder Group recently completed the sale of a single-tenant Family Dollar at 110 W. Oak Street in Fairbury, Illinois, for more than $1.3 million.
The Family Dollar, built in 2015, is located along the trade area’s primary east-west thoroughfare, West Oak Street. The Family Dollar lease has roughly 14 years remaining.
Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the purchaser in the transaction, a Midwest-based real estate investor in a 1031 exchange. The seller was a Midwest-based developer.
