The Taco Bell property is an outparcel to a Kroger- and Hobby Lobby-anchored shopping center. The Taco Bell parcel sits at the entrance to the shopping center and at a signalized intersection.
Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller in the transaction, a Midwest-based real estate company. The buyer was West Coast-based individual investor.
