The Boulder Group sells Walgreens in Northwest Indiana September 23, 2018 Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share via email The Boulder Group has completed the sale of a single-tenant net-leased Walgreens property at 3500 Central Ave. in Lake Station, Indiana, for $3.85 million. The 14,490-square-foot Walgreens is located just off Interstate-94 and was built in 2002. Walgreens has about four years remaining on its lease, which expires April 30, 2022, and features eight five-year renewal options. Randy Blankstein and John Feeney of The Boulder Group represented the seller and buyer in the transaction. The seller was a California-based partnership. The buyer was a Midwest-based 1031 investor.
