Randy Blankstein, president of the Boulder Group, will serve as conference chair of Midwest Real Estate News’ second annual Net Lease Summit Conference.
The conference will be held July 20 in Chicago. Blankstein will also monitor a panel at the conference that will address the state of the net lease market.
The Net Lease Summit Conference will bring the top names in the net lease, sale leaseback and 1031 Exchange markets. Experts will discuss the latest trends, financing options and market conditions in the industry.
