The Bradley Company completes 7 retail, industrial deals in Indiana

The Bradley Company has announced the following seven recent transactions in Indiana:

Thrift Store‘s lease of 1,000 square feet of retail space located in Columbia Plaza, 561 N. Line St, in Columbia City. Kelly Castle and Rachel Romary represented the landlord, Mark Bulmahn, as wellas the tenant

Yoga Fusion, LLC‘s lease of 3,750 square feet of retail space in Covington Plaza, 6306‐6410 W. Jefferson Blvd., in Fort Wayne. Kienan O’Rourke represented the tenant,

Toenges, LLC‘s lease renewal of 1,200 square feet of retail space located at 1001 N. Western Ave., in Marion. Stan Phillips represented the tenant.

Aging & Di9sabled Home Services Care‘s lease of office space at Coldwater Professional Center, 10542 Coldwater Rd., in Fort Wayne. Steve Chen represented the landlord, A&K, LLC, as well as the tenant.

Show Realty leased its 25,000 square feet of industrial space at 3330 Congressional Parkway, in Fort Wayne. Tyler Binkley and Dan Dickey represented the landlord.

Triple B’s BBQ‘s lease of 1,330 square feet of retail space at Maplewood Plaza, 6207 Stellhorn Road, in Fort Wayne. Kelly Castle, Stan Phillips and Russ Jehl represented the landlord, Centrium Properties, as well as the tenant.

Kosciusko Community Hospital‘s lease renewal of 10,250 square feet of office space located at 905 Executive Dr., in Warsaw. Stan Phillips represented the landlord, Preferred Development, Inc., as well as the tenant.
