Greyound Plaza is an all-anchor retail strip fronting busy U.S. Highway 31. The center’s market area in Hamilton County is one of the highest-income areas in the Indianapolis MSA.
Tenants include Best Buy, Michaels, PetSmart, Barnes and Noble and Office Max. The center currently has from 15,000 to 17,426 square feet avaialable for lease. John Beuoy from The Broadbent Company is representing the center.
