Want some pizza and a lot of noise? Soon you’ll find it on the east side of Indianapolis.

Kids’ pizza chain Chuck E Cheese recently signed a 14,000-square-foot lease with The Broadbent Company to move to the Washington Shoppes center on Indianapolis’ east side.

Chuck E Cheese is relocating from its current east Indianapolis location.  The new store is expected to open this Fall.

This is the second anchor tenant Broadbent has signed to Washington Shoppes in the past 120 days.  CVS/pharmacy has announced a new store at this same property. Construction on the new CVS store will begin this August, and is expected to open in the spring of 2012.

Jeff Roberts represented the Broadbent Company in the transaction.
