Ernst & Young named Brian Yeager and Michelle Yeager-Thornton of Central Ohio’s The Champion Companies as one of only nine winners of its Entrepreneur of the Year 2018 Award in the East Central region.
The award, in its 32nd year, recognizes entrepreneurs that excell in areas such as innovation, financial performance and personal committment.
Yeager and Yeager-Thornton founded Westerville, Ohio-based multifamily investment and development firm The Champion Companies in 2010. The company now has 5,000 apartment units in Central Ohio’s suburbs.
Yeager and Yeager-Thornton will now compete in the Entrepreneur of the Year 2018 National Awards in Palm Springs, California, in November.
