The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently negotiated the sale of the AT&T Plaza, a 16,820-square-foot retail center in Ashtabula, Ohio.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the seller, a private investor out of Cleveland. The Kansas buyer purchased the property for $1.96 million, 94 percent of the list price.
The center is located on the main retail corridor, and has corporate leases with national tenants including AT&T, Springleaf Financial, Best Cuts and Cashland.
