The Cooper Commercial Investment Group closed the sale of a single-tenant University Hospitals OB/GYN office condo unit in the community of Garfield Heights, Ohio.
The physicans of University Hospitals chose this location to expand their services in the community. The hospital system is the second-largest private-sector employer in Northeast Ohio and has a Moody’s “A2” credit rating.
Bob Havasi and Dan Cooper of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group in Cleveland represented the local private sellers in this transaction. The 1031 buyer based out of New Jersey was found directly by the Cooper Group and purchased hte asset for $1.25 million.
The all-cash transaction went from contract to close in less than 30 days.
