The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International closed a lease between landlord Wingate Ventures, LLC c/o of Phoenix Investors, LLC and Gardner Pet Group, Inc., which will be occupying 160,000 square feet located at 2845 Wingate St. in West Bend, Wisconsin.
The lease was brokered by Nick Keys, Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Samuel D. Dickman.
